I have recently joined an export house who are reputed manufacturers
of EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes and related material handling equipments.
I have seen your website related to the information and its
remarkable. The explanation is quite explanatory in itself and its
surely going to be of great help to novices like me. I would request
you to please help me to understand the design of Welded Plate Box
Girders for EOT Cranes. I would like to compute the Width and Height
of the box girder if the Tonnage, Span and Height of lift is given.
Also, what should be the plate size that should be used in each case.
Please help me with the calculations of the same as my career is at
stake for this. I thank you a lot in advance for the same.
